The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time : order verification, quality inspection and packaging. 
• Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes for an item to be delivered from our fulfillment center to its destination. International delivery usually takes 10 to 21 working days. U.S. orders are shipped via e-mail, which is a product of the U.S. Postal Service. After the processing leaves the warehouse, it usually takes 10 to 20 days for the items to reach the destination, which may take longer, but we will be in your hands. 
• Due to the impact of the international environment, the delivery time in Canada may be delayed by 6-10 days.
• Dear customer, you can check the logistics order number in 3-5 days to understand the online details. (The logistics details will be displayed 3-5 days after you have the shipping number) If you have any questions about our products, please don't feel free to contact us for solutions.

For international orders or orders that do not have tracking, please double check whether your tracking number is correct, and secondly, please make sure that it is your tracking number, not your order number! Your tracking number is sent via email when the product leaves the factory. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder, as it may be located there!
